As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for supporting mental health through fitness, I’m here to help you rediscover strength, build resilience, and find balance in both your body and mind.

In my experience, exercise and nutrition are about more than just physical transformation and performance goals; they are also powerful tools to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles. With my clients, I use a holistic and empathetic approach that combines evidence-based fitness techniques, mindfulness practices, and wellness coaching to foster both mental and physical wellness.

About Kelsey

Kelsey is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Precision Nutrition Certificate. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University. After a decade-long career in the media, technology, and marketing industries, she pivoted to the fitness and wellness space to pursue her true passion of supporting women live happier and healthier lives. She uses tailored fitness programming, nutrition guidance, and movement to help clients develop confidence, strength, peace-of-mind, and resilience. She splits her time between Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and Minneapolis and provides a mixture of both in-person and virtual sessions.
